Designing B2B SaaS Dashboards Your Users Actually Read

Most SaaS dashboards fail because they try to be everything to everyone. The result is a wall of charts that look impressive in a sales demo but get ignored in real day‑to‑day use.
The dashboards that stick start from a single critical question per persona for example, 'Are we on track for this week’s revenue?' or 'Which customers need attention today?'. Everything else is secondary and can live behind drill‑downs.
